We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy—this means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Simply reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll be glad to assist you through the process.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all items originally included, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase with your order number is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shipping@fliplok.com or 713-977-1111. When reaching out, be sure to include your order number and a brief reason for the return so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees
Original shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Return shipping labels are issued on a case-by-case basis. If the lock is in good working condition and the return is due to a change of mind or preference, no return shipping label will be provided.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at shipping@fliplok.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue and provide a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, minus the original shipping costs, and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds requested after the 30-day return window may qualify for store credit, if accepted. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at shipping@fliplok.com.
